Primary Responsibilities:
Initiate, establish, build and maintain strong customer relationships, retention and loyalty.
Cold calling and establishing new relationship with clients.
Serve a variety of customer bases and markets by delivering the right product solutions to meet and satisfy customer requirements and specifications.
Actively participate in developing new accounts, generating sales quotes, handling customer inquiries to enhance service and expand customer base.
Provide superior customer service to new and existing customer accounts.
Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals as well as individual quotas.
