We are looking for a Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be "selling"—you will be problem-solving. You will connect with distressed home sellers, listen to their unique situations, and help them explore their best options. This position has a yearly salary range of $25,000 - $40,000 USD Salary range includes base and commissions Responsibilities: • Build Rapport: Connect deeply with motivated and distressed home sellers to understand their situation, timeline, and goals. • Follow the Process: Execute our proven sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. • Negotiate & Make Offers: Analyze property details, present competitive offers, and navigate negotiations to create win-win scenarios. • Manage Paperwork: Guide sellers through the initial purchase agreements and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. • CRM Management: Keep our CRM meticulously updated with lead status, detailed notes, and scheduled tasks. • Consistent Follow-Up: Relentlessly follow up with past leads to keep our pipeline moving forward (where the fortune is made!). Qualifications: • The Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn, take constructive feedback, and constantly improve your sales skills. • High Empathy & Integrity: The ability to speak with people going through difficult times (foreclosure, divorce, probate) with genuine care and zero judgment. • Resilience: Sales involves hearing "no" a lot. You need a thick skin and the drive to push through to the next "yes." • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working remotely using tools like CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Salesforce), Slack, Zoom, and smartphone apps. • Self-Starter: Since this is a fully remote role, you must possess strong time-management skills and the discipline to work independently. Compensation: $24,000 - $45,000 yearly
