What You’ll Be Doing
This is a highly interactive, team-centered role where you’ll be at the heart of operations—supporting both customers and the outside sales team.
You’ll:
Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
Process orders, quotes, and change requests with a high level of accuracy
Handle a steady flow of calls and emails (this is a fast-moving environment)
Support outside sales reps by coordinating materials, pricing, and timelines
Help solve problems and keep projects moving forward
Ensure every detail is correct so customers receive exactly what they need
This role starts with a strong focus on data entry and coordination, then expands as you learn the business and build confidence.
