Our client is a well-established, growth-oriented company in the building materials space, known for reliability, strong leadership, and a team-first culture. They’re looking for someone who wants more than “just a job”—someone who wants to build a long-term career and be part of a team that genuinely values its people.

Why This Role Is Worth Exploring

    • Stability + growth: Join a well-established company with a strong track record and long-tenured employees

    • Clear path to advancement: Many team members grow into higher-level roles over time

    • Earning potential: Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities after ramp-up

    • Strong benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, profit sharing, and more

    • Team-focused culture: Collaborative environment where people support each other and enjoy coming to work

    • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am to 4pm

    What You’ll Be Doing

This is a highly interactive, team-centered role where you’ll be at the heart of operations—supporting both customers and the outside sales team.

    You’ll:

    • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams

    • Process orders, quotes, and change requests with a high level of accuracy

    • Handle a steady flow of calls and emails (this is a fast-moving environment)

    • Support outside sales reps by coordinating materials, pricing, and timelines

    • Help solve problems and keep projects moving forward

    • Ensure every detail is correct so customers receive exactly what they need

This role starts with a strong focus on data entry and coordination, then expands as you learn the business and build confidence.

    What Makes Someone Successful Here

This role is a great fit if you:

    • Like staying busy and juggling multiple priorities at once

    • Take pride in being detail-oriented and getting things right the first time

    • Enjoy helping people and being part of a team

    • Communicate clearly and professionally

    • Are coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback

    • Bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to your work

A background in customer service, inside sales, or construction/millwork is helpful—but not required.

    What to Expect Day-to-Day

    • High-volume communication (calls + emails throughout the day)

    • A fast-paced environment where priorities can shift

    • A collaborative team that relies on each other to succeed

    • A structured onboarding and training period to help you ramp up confidently

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $25–$30/hour (DOE)

    • Commission opportunity after onboarding period

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (multiple plan options)

    • 401(k) with company match

    • Profit sharing eligibility
