    SUMMARY

    We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a global manufacturing leader in Oxford, Connecticut. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to win business, build momentum, and grow a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. In this role, you will actively engage new and existing customers, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue growth across the U.S. You’ll work side-by-side with a Business Development Manager—among the top producers in the weighing equipment industry, gaining exposure to best-in-class sales strategies while directly contributing to increased revenue and profitability.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide sales support to outside sales / Business Development Managers.
    • Generate new leads and prospect for new dealers to create an ongoing quote pipeline to successfully build new business.
    • Maintain and develop existing dealer base through trusted relationship management.
    • Maintain all contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, lost sales, phone calls, emails, and meeting notes within CRM system.
    • Analyze business issues and business cycles to identify products and services to meet those needs, create persuasive sales proposals and overcome objections, issues, or concerns.
    • Answer inbound phone calls and advise customers on product options and any order-related questions.
    • Make outbound phone calls to assigned dealer base and prospective new dealers.
    • Submit sales reports, territory forecasts, industry trends and market reporting.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quota goals.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Previous inside sales and/or call center environment experience…manufacturing experience a plus.
    • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail is required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams virtual meetings.
    • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
