Express HomeBuyers acquires distressed properties across the DC & Baltimore metros. As a Dispo Specialist, you’ll connect those homes with fix-and-flip buyers and landlords, balancing phone-first deal-making with high-energy investor open houses.
What You’ll Do
- Inside-sales engine. Market fresh acquisitions to our investor database via phone, text, and email.
- Investor open-house host. Schedule, promote, and conduct walk-throughs that drive competitive offers.
- Pricing & positioning. Analyze comps and repair costs to set compelling asking prices.
- Pipeline ownership. Track every touchpoint in Salesforce (our CRM), hit daily KPI targets, and move deals to close.
- Network expansion. Grow the buyer list through referrals, meet-ups, and creative outreach.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of phone-based or inside sales (real-estate dispositions, wholesaling, B2C/B2B, etc.).
- Confident negotiator who can frame win-wins for investors.
- Stellar follow-through—dozens of deals, zero dropped balls.
- Reliable transportation for on-site open houses and signage.
✅ Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce, DealMachine, PropStream, or InvestorLift.
- Prior sales to flippers, BRRRR landlords, or hedge-fund buyers.
