A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
Learn to prepare estimates, implement sales orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders
Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and being intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
Work with customers in numerous ways, such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
Able to resolve customer issues.
Be a Good Team Player
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
1-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic Math skills are needed.
Previous sign industry experience is a PLUS, especially in sales and/or graphic design
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and can build relationships
Great listening and organization skills
Proven critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
Able to understand pricing to ensure profitability.
