    Work on Michigan Avenue supporting some of the most recognizable and prestigious malls, hotels, restaurants, universities, property managers, and businesses in Chicago. Every project is different. Every customer has a real problem to solve. You will learn an industry where you can walk into almost any business and create value.

    This role starts inside the center to build product knowledge, confidence, and consultative selling skills. As performance and mastery grow, exposure to external sales activity and field opportunities will follow.

    What You Will Do

    Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers

    Proactively reach out to prospects through outbound calls, emails, and local market outreach

    Qualify opportunities and build a healthy, trackable sales funnel

    Learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders, and coordinate with production

    Conduct consultative conversations to recommend the right signage and graphics solutions

    Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business

    Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to center-wide goals

    What Success Looks Like

    Consistent outbound activity and follow-through

    Strong listening skills and thoughtful solution development

    Accurate estimates and smooth handoffs to production

    Customers who return, refer, and trust your recommendations

    Ideal Background

    1 to 5 years of inside sales, retail sales, or B2B customer-facing experience

    Prior consultative or solution-based selling experience preferred

    Comfortable with proactive outreach and light cold calling

    Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

    Experience using CRM or sales tools a plus

    Sign, print, or graphics experience helpful but not required
