Expectations of the Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking sales representatives to join our growing team. In this role, representatives will
communicate directly with local businesses and decision makers to present sponsorship
opportunities supporting athletic programs and school communities.

Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound business-to-business calls daily
● Present sponsorship opportunities professionally and confidently
● Build relationships with local business owners and decision makers
● Follow up consistently with prospective clients
● Maintain organized notes and communication within the CRM system
● Handle objections and guide conversations professionally
● Complete sponsorship and invoice forms accurately
● Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
● Contribute positively to a team-oriented and growth-focused culture
Qualifications
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
● Comfortable communicating on the phone daily
● Ability to stay organized and consistent
● Coachable and open to feedback
● Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
