Grimaldi Law Firm is a fast-growing, mission-driven estate planning law firm based in Florida, seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of connection for prospective and returning clients. This role blends consultative sales and high-level client service. You will guide individuals and families through the decision-making process as they consider protecting their assets, children, and legacy through estate planning. You are not providing legal advice — you are helping clients determine whether our firm is the right fit and confidently moving them toward engagement. We are looking for a persuasive yet empathetic communicator who can discuss premium pricing with maturity, build trust quickly, and follow up relentlessly with new, stalled, and returning prospects. You must be comfortable handling complex conversations, reactivating cold leads, and taking ownership of the client journey from first contact to signed agreement. If you are not fluent in both English and Spanish, available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, and driven to close while delivering an exceptional client experience, this role is not for you. This position is remote in Argentina. Responsibilities: The client Relationship Coordinator’s primary duties are: • Take full ownership of assigned leads from first follow-up through signed legal services agreement and onboarding • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and returning clients, handling all phone, email, and video communications in both English and Spanish • Proactively pursue and re-engage prospects who have not moved forward after consultations, stopped responding, or delayed making a decision • Drive the sales process forward with consistent, disciplined follow-up — never waiting for clients to call back • Relieve the Managing Attorney and legal team of sales-related conversations so they can focus on legal strategy and service delivery • Ensure new clients receive consistent communication during their first 90 days, then structured follow-up thereafter • Maintain accurate, detailed records and execute follow-up workflows within HubSpot CRM • Collaborate closely with the legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to engagement • To succeed in this role, you must be articulate, highly responsive, organized, persistent, and confident in managing premium service conversations while working U.S. Eastern Time business hours Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (professional fluency required, both written and verbal) • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process • Demonstrated confidence and professionalism in re-engaging dormant or “cold” prospects and guiding them toward a renewed decision • Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills in a remote environment • Minimum 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role • Solid understanding of the sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) Compensation: $1,500 monthly
