We’ll bring the leads Responsibilities: • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Your Role: • Convert warm, qualified inbound leads into premium estate planning clients • Conduct powerful consultative sales calls with executives, professionals, and affluent families • Guide prospects through premium service offerings with clarity and confidence • Maintain an aggressive, disciplined follow-up cadence • Keep deals moving with urgency and control • Never let hesitation or slow responses kill momentum • Use HubSpot to run a clean, tight, metrics-driven pipeline • Track KPIs, forecast results, and operate like a true sales professional • Ensure seamless handoff to our legal team once deals are locked in Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Proven track record in high-value, consultative sales • Experience with C-level or high-net-worth clientele • Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) • Excellent time management and follow-through This Role Is Not For You If: • You need constant direction or hand-holding • You avoid direct, high-impact conversations • You can’t handle a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline • You shy away from talking to high-level decision-makers This Role Is For You If: • You have 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience (legal, financial, insurance, consulting, or similar) • You’re confident selling to executives, business owners, and affluent clients • You’re bold, direct, and unafraid to challenge objections • You thrive in a performance-based environment • You want your work to genuinely make a difference for families • You operate with discipline, clarity, and strong communication skills Compensation: $100,000 OTE + bonus
