As our Remote Sales Executive, you’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients, often through outbound cold calls. You’ll engage new leads, spark interest, build rapport quickly, and set high-quality appointments that fuel our expanding real estate investment business. Whether you’re warming up cold leads or nurturing active prospects, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and elevating our brand. You’ll work closely with a supportive, results-driven team that values initiative, transparency, and continuous improvement — and celebrates those who aren’t afraid to take action and start the conversation. Responsibilities: • Make outbound and inbound calls to generate, qualify, and follow up with motivated seller leads. • Build rapport with homeowners and gather key details about their property, pricing, and selling goals. • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups to move them through the sales pipeline. • Schedule and coordinate property appointments for the acquisitions team. • Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, lead status, and activity logs. • Track and meet daily and weekly performance goals (calls, leads, and appointments). • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions and dispositions teams to help close more deals. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • At least 6 months of BPO or outbound sales experience (REQUIRED). • Experience as a Cold Caller is a PLUS! • Confident on the phone — persuasive, personable, and professional. • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). • Strong appointment setting and closing abilities. • Experience with CRM or lead generation tools (preferred but not required). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Positive attitude and genuine interest in relationship building. Technical Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps or higher) and backup connectivity. • Reliable laptop and smartphone. Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
