    Remote Sales Executive / Cold Caller — Full-Time, PST Hours Work From Anywhere | Join a Fast-Growing Real Estate Investment Firm Location: Anywhere – 100% Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time (Occasional weekend work, up to 4 hours) Work Hours: 40 hours/week Are you a confident communicator who thrives in sales? We’re a rapidly growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated Remote Sales Executive / Cold Caller to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential sellers, engaging leads through outbound calls, nurturing conversations, and helping drive revenue through qualified appointments. You’ll work closely with a supportive, results-focused team that values growth, accountability, and integrity. Responsibilities: • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners (auto-dialer provided). • Introduce the company, build rapport quickly, and identify seller motivation. • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation style. • Ask qualifying questions to determine lead viability. • Set appointments for closers and update CRM with accurate notes. • Manage and follow up with warm leads already in the pipeline. • Meet weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, leads generated, and appointments set. • Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions for continuous improvement. Qualifications: What we are looking for • 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage). • Exceptional spoken English — clear, confident, and professional. • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections. • Comfortable with high call volumes (150–300+ dials/day). • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs. • Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly (CRM, dialer, communication tools). • Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Time (8 AM – 5 PM PST). • Must be able to work full-time and exclusively with our company (no other clients). • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. • Coachable, team-oriented, and able to follow proven processes. Technical Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps or higher) and backup connectivity • Reliable laptop and smartphone • A quiet work environment.
