    Guardian Tax is looking for motivated, competitive, and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. We provide the leads, training, tools, and support. You bring the drive.

    You don't need tax resolution experience to get started. Guardian Tax provides hands-on training, sales coaching, scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing support designed to help motivated people develop into successful Account Executives.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle warm inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns
    • Speak with consumers seeking solutions to IRS and state tax problems
    • Conduct professional phone consultations
    • Identify each client's needs and recommend appropriate services
    • Follow a proven sales process from consultation through close
    • Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
    • Maintain accurate client and sales information in our CRM
    • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

    What We're Looking For

    • Able to handle objections and ask for the sale

    Sales experience is a plus — but not required.

    If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and drive, we'll teach you the rest.
