Inside Sales Representative - HVAC - Base Salary to 70k/year - Mayfield, KY

• Our client is a leading manufacturing in the HVAC and heat pump industry. The team is seeking an additional Inside Sales Representative.
  
• The Inside Sales Representative in an in-office position that will focus on B2B sales and expansion for the team. This person will focus on hunting & developing new leads while ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Growing and managing accounts
  
• Making outbounds call to prospects & following up on leads
  
• Working with dealers/clients on how to sell products to favorable end-users
  
• Acting as technical, industry expert for clients and prospects
  
• Selling clients on features and benefits of various product lines
  
• Selling solely to B2B - distributors, hardware stores, retailers, any resale company, etc
  
• Staying up to date on industry & market trends

Qualifications:

• 5+ years selling in B2B sales, preferably HVAC industry
  
• Robust phone and cold calling skills
  
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
  
• Robust network in the HVAC industry
  

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary to 70k/year plus a monthly commission along with a comprehensive benefits package.
