Responsibilities: In This Role, You Will: • Maintain and update the client database to ensure the sales and intake teams have accurate, up-to-date information on all leads. • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to help the firm meet and exceed growth objectives. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within our target markets to expand the client base. • Qualify and manage incoming leads promptly to ensure a seamless and compassionate client intake experience. • Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest but haven’t yet scheduled a consultation. • Communicate the value of our estate planning and probate services with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth client transitions from intake to representation. Qualifications: • Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM software. • Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and communication skills—both written and verbal. • Proven success with 2+ years of experience in sales, client service, or a related field. • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
