The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with our CEO and Marketing Team to close IT services contracts. This role involves actively calling prospects, identifying their needs, and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with prospects through various prospecting methods and lead generation.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team on direct mail campaigns and social media initiatives.
Conduct outbound calls and set sales appointments.
Aggressively identify and qualify new opportunities.
Nurture early-phase opportunities to build a future pipeline.
Prospect for potential new clients within the target market.
Follow up and qualify all sales leads.
Update the database with accurate contact information and email addresses.
Requirements:
General knowledge and enthusiasm for technology (specific technical skills are not required).
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coordinate with marketing efforts to enhance lead generation.
