Join a Growing CNC & Fabrication Equipment Company KAAST Machine Tools is a growing North American supplier of CNC machine tools and metal fabrication equipment serving manufacturers across the U.S. and Canada.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team near Philadelphia, PA. This is an opportunity to sell high-value industrial equipment, work with real manufacturers, and build a long-term career in technical sales. This is not a high-volume call center role. You’ll work directly with inbound leads and active buyers, helping customers find the right machine solution for their application.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries from manufacturers and fabricators
Speak with customers to understand their applications and production needs
Recommend CNC, manual, and fabrication equipment solutions
Prepare quotes and follow up throughout the sales process
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain sales activity and pipeline within CRM software
Work closely with our applications, service, and operations teams
Attend industry trade shows (limited travel)
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of sales, inside sales, account management, or industrial customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing applications
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
