Job Description:
Yrefy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting the RIA Channel and Senior Account Managers in a specific region or territory, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and setting appointments. Collaborate with the RIA team, and travel to conferences as needed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our market presence and helping clients achieve their financial goals while primarily focusing on inbound calls with our Investor Relations team.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research : Conduct research in the assigned territory to identify potential business opportunities (using FintrX, CRM and LinkedIn and/or Google).
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media. At conferences, present Yrefy's investment solution to advisors, to meet their needs.
Sales Metrics : Work in a high-performance, results-driven environment to meet or exceed sales quotas. Collaborate with the EVP and Senior Account Mgr. to align strategies for success.
Relationship Management : Build relationships with existing RIA/IARs, offering ongoing support, answering product-related questions, and providing updates on new developments.
Business Development & Planning: Partner with the Senior Account Manager to develop and execute business plans that drive consistent growth and generate sales. Leverage existing databases and set appointments to keep the Senior Account Manager fully deployed.
Product & Service Knowledge: Stay current with Yrefy's products and offerings, demonstrating a deep understanding of how these can support financial advisors in meeting their clients' needs.
Summary: Responsible for managing the External's schedule by: achieving a minimum level of daily calls and other activity metrics, promoting sales/marketing initiatives and establishing relationships by calling new and existing Advisors, establishing one-on-one meetings with Advisors, scheduling/coordinating seminars, client events and due diligence meetings, setting up presentations/web presentations, maintaining relationships with Advisors and coordinating follow-up contact with such Advisors, and representing Yrefy, which includes attending Industry Conferences and Due Diligence Meetings
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : 2-4 years of inside sales, account management, or internal wholesaling experience in the financial services or investment industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to travel as needed for conferences and client meetings.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Licenses & Certifications: Series 63 required and 7, or SIE & 82.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of investment products, especially private placements or alternative investments.
Experience working with financial advisors or in the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) space.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
