    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical sales support to contractors via phone, email, and walk-ins

    • Recommend HVAC/R equipment, parts, and system components based on application and specs

    • Assist with troubleshooting systems, cross-referencing parts, and identifying replacements

    • Generate and manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups to close business

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales

    • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery

    • Stay current on manufacturers, product lines, and industry trends

    • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of HVAC/R experience (field, counter sales, or inside sales)

    • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting

    • Experience with equipment selection, parts lookup, and system applications

    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced inside sales environment

    • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

    • Proficiency with ERP/POS systems and basic computer applications

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
