Kingsman Property Partners is seeking a highly driven Sales Closer to join our growing real estate solutions company. This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Team members are expected to work approximately 35-40 hours per week and maintain consistent availability during standard business hours to support buyer communication, transaction management, and team operations. This is a true closing and transaction management role with consistent deal flow and significant earning potential. Representatives in this position are provided with company-controlled inventory of investment properties and are responsible for marketing properties, building relationships with investors and homebuyers, negotiating purchase agreements, managing transactions, and converting contracts into successfully closed deals. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation position. Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ OTE. Within this role, you'll receive a $3,000/month base with a tiered commission structure. Representatives earn commissions by maximizing gross profit, successfully selling company inventory, and ensuring transactions close efficiently. As a Real Estate Investment Sales Representative (Dispositions), you will market investment properties, build relationships with investors and qualified homebuyers, negotiate purchase agreements, coordinate transactions, and ensure every property progresses efficiently from contract to closing. You will work closely with our Acquisitions, Operations, and Transaction Coordination teams while playing a direct role in maximizing company revenue. Responsibilities: Market company investment properties to investors and qualified homebuyers via the MLS and our buyer's list Build and maintain relationships with investors through outbound calls, texts, emails, and follow-up Develop and grow a highly engaged buyer database using the company's CRM Negotiate purchase agreements to achieve the highest possible profitability while creating win-win outcomes for buyers and the company. Create urgency and competition among buyers to achieve the strongest possible offers Coordinate buyers throughout the transaction process to ensure smooth and timely closings Prepare buyer agreements, listing agreements, and other transaction-related documentation Maintain accurate notes, pipeline stages, transaction records, and documentation inside the CRM Track every property throughout the disposition process and proactively resolve issues that could delay closing Collaborate with the Acquisitions, Operations, and Transaction Coordination teams to ensure seamless deal execution Monitor market conditions, buyer demand, and pricing trends to maximize company deal spreads and profitability Track key performance metrics, including contracts sold, gross profit, days-to-sale, and buyer activity Continuously improve negotiation, communication, and transaction management skills Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of performance A background in real estate, real estate investment sales, brokerage, listing sales, or transaction coordination is a plus, but not required Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Competitive and revenue-driven mindset High emotional control under pressure Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail Strong follow-up discipline and excellent time management skills Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and maintain accurate records Coachable with a willingness to continuously improve and execute proven systems A real estate license is not required Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ OTE
