    About the Role

    The Territory In-House Sales position for Benmatt in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing sector plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships to drive business growth. This position is responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring that our products and services meet those requirements effectively. The Territory In-House Sales position will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. They will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall success of the company. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

    ****Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, reorder team, customer service.

    Skills:

    The required skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for building rapport with clients and understanding their needs. Proficiency in CRM software will facilitate effective account management and tracking of client interactions. Preferred skills, such as familiarity with sales, organized, results orientated, and being creative.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the non-durable goods sector.
    • Familiarity with CRM software
    • Cold Calling via phone, e-mail, & mail to drive New Business Growth with customers and prospects
