As we expand nationally, we’re looking for motivated, articulate, and results-driven sales professionals to join our team and promote AML’s cutting-edge testing services to healthcare providers across the country.

Responsibilities

· Proactively identify and connect with physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities to introduce AML’s advanced diagnostic testing services.

· Present AML’s unique capabilities using company-provided materials and tailored proposals.

· Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and service.

· Gather and report feedback to improve the client experience and internal processes.

· Collaborate with AML’s client services team to maintain a high standard of support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Preferred: Minimum of 1 year in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the medical or laboratory space.

· Or: A bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, chemistry, or a related life science, with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in sales and client service.

· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Confident in delivering presentations and communicating complex information simply.

· Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
