Responsibilities: • Track and evaluate key performance indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis to surpass revenue goals • Analyze performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets • Manage sales dashboards and review trend data to confirm sustained attainment of objectives • Oversee reporting tools and performance analytics to validate progress toward sales goals • Proactively source and nurture strategic opportunities to drive market expansion • Expand assigned territories by uncovering high-value prospects and generating new revenue channels • Accelerate territory growth through targeted prospecting and revenue acquisition efforts • Maintain precise CRM records to ensure data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and complete account visibility • Oversee CRM hygiene to support reliable reporting and informed sales decision-making • Execute targeted outreach initiatives to inform, engage, and convert qualified prospects • Utilize strategic messaging campaigns to influence buyer behavior and advance leads through the funnel • Evaluate and prioritize sales-ready leads, facilitating a smooth transition to inbound sales teams • Qualify high-intent opportunities and ensure efficient handoff to internal sales partners Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales, loans, banking, or a similar role • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to learn the Sales Process, CRM Software, Cold/Warm Call, etc. • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and communication. Compensation: $70,000 - $250,000 per year
