Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, lending, banking, or a related field. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness and capacity to quickly learn the sales process, CRM platforms, and cold and warm calling techniques. • Strong emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Thrives in a high-performance, competitive, and goal-driven environment. Compensation: $70,000 - $250,000 per year
