Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines customer service, sales, and yard support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an interest in construction or landscaping materials, and is comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts. This will be an FT seasonal position with the possibility of working through the winter. Join our team and help customers bring their landscape and masonry projects to life! Responsibilities: • Assist contractors and homeowners with selecting landscape, masonry, and veneer stone products • Provide inside sales support, quotes, and product information • Load customer orders using a forklift and other yard equipment • Maintain organized product displays and yard areas • Process sales and assist customers at the counter • Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on project needs • Work closely with the yard team to ensure efficient order fulfillment Qualifications: • Customer service or sales experience preferred • Forklift experience or willingness to learn • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an outdoor yard environment • Basic knowledge of landscaping, masonry, or construction materials is a plus • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
