As our Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients-reassuring, educating, and championing them from the very first conversation. Your goal is to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and supported, using your expertise to guide them through our services and secure their commitment to working with us. Benefits: • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401(k) with 3.5% match (more details of the breakdown will be provided) • Paid Time Off (Based on position) • 6 Paid holidays • Gym- Reimbursement Responsibilities: • Maintain the CRM to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads. • Prepare your appointments by reviewing potential client’s info in the CRM, appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide excellent customer service experience. • Follow up with each prospect in a timely manner via email, phone calls or other forms of communication. • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved. • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard. • Assist clients by resolving their objections, such as budget, timing, shopping around, etc., and helping to get their "yes" to the help they really want. You must be capable of having this conversation in English or Spanish. • Following up with your lead consistently and compassionately to move them through the decision-making process. • Nurture relationships with clients. • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files. • Complete new hire documents, get them signed by the new client, and send them to the accounting department for processing. All calls will be from potential clients who have contacted the firm for assistance with their legal issues and are considered "warm" leads, in different stages of getting ready to change their lives. You would not be required to make any cold calls.
