Training Is Provided While preparing for the NMLS exam to obtain a Licensed Loan Officer status, you will undergo comprehensive training, eliminating the need for prior mortgage experience. This role offers a blend of hourly wages and commission incentives, making it an excellent entry point into the mortgage industry. Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary • Compensation: $15 hourly + commission
