Job Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will represent AT&T wireless and internet services in high-traffic retail locations such as BJ’s, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. You will be responsible for engaging customers, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. This is a professional role with paid training and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Represent AT&T products in assigned retail partner locations.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with AT&T promotions.
Work collaboratively with team members and store management.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, professional, and motivated attitude.
Ability to work in a retail environment and stand for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to assigned store locations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual pay range: $45,000 – $65,000, depending on experience and performance.
Paid training provided at our corporate headquarters: 36 Commerce Way, Woburn, MA 01801.
