    Our client, a rapidly growing alternative lending firm based out Miami, FL, provides customized business financing solutions, including revenue-based funding and factoring services, to help small and midsize businesses access working capital quickly.

    About the Role:
    We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Miami. You'll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your success directly impacts your earnings. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in merchant cash advance (MCA), private credit, or financial sales , though training is available for those with transferable skills and strong drive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with business owners to discuss funding needs and present tailored capital solutions.
    • Negotiate deal structures and terms with confidence and precision.
    • Manage your personal sales pipeline from initial outreach through to funding.
    • Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
    • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills — confident in high-volume phone and email outreach.
    • Basic math proficiency for calculating percentages, commissions, and deal structures.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Experience in sales, MCA, or financial services preferred (entry to senior-level candidates welcome).
    • Must be based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area and available to work in-office 5 days per week (potential hybrid flexibility).

    Compensation:

    • Commission-driven role with a weekly draw of $250–$500.
    • Earn 25% of your total commission (10 points per deal).
    • Average earnings: $1K–$5K per week.
    • Top performers: $7K–$15K+ per week (e.g., funding $500K/month = 10% payout).
