We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next Inside Sales Representative position who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Responsibilities: • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process • Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Generate leads through many methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails Qualifications: • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired • Previous customer service experience is highly desired • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals • Hunger to succeed and willingness to learn Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
