What you’ll do
You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, responding quickly and professionally by phone and email. You’ll use your knowledge of our products to assess client needs, provide the right options, and resolve questions with tact and discretion.
Building strong relationships with assigned accounts, you’ll drive sales growth through proactive follow-up and ongoing support. You’ll also help generate leads for the outside sales team through outbound prospecting, including cold outreach.
Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM, you’ll ensure data integrity and help complete missing information. You’ll monitor orders and client requests, tracing and expediting late items to maintain satisfaction.
Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, you’ll help deliver a polished client experience. Along the way, you’ll gain valuable exposure to high-level sales operations and strategy.
