Inside Sales Representative - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 62k/year - Rochester, NY

They are adding an Inside Sales Representative to their Rochester, NY team to focus on pricing, status updates, manufacturing capabilities, critical to quality features, shipping etc. They offer custom manufacturing services, requiring this person to have a very high attention to detail and ability to multitask exceptionally. This is a Key team member in a highly collaborative environment, working with Sales, Engineers, and other divisions.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and facilitate customer contact with the purpose of market analysis, quote/order solicitation, design assistance, and customer feedback
Assist in Engineering, Shop, and Support functions (i.e. Inspection, Shipping, etc.) as needed to expedite order shipment and gain understanding of manufacturing techniques and flow
Process Requests for Quotations from Customers, Purchase Orders from Customers & track from start to finish, and Provide Customers with status updates on jobs/shipments
Grow the business with prospecting new accounts & regenerating dormant existing accounts
Qualifications:
2 + years in manufacturing or engineering environment preferred (May include Internship/ Co-Op).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Experience with an ERP system preferred.
