** Scope:** An Inside Sales Representative will develop and maintain open communication with Customers, Outside Sales Force, and APCT Production Teams concerning all aspects of the customer's engagement with AdvancedPCB.

** Essential Job Function** :

• Quote PCB’s from drawings or information supplied.
• Follow up on daily quotes.
• Book and maintain orders.
• Maintain accurate order entry.
• Generate and accurately interpret reports.
• Resolve issues concerning manufacturability of products.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Quality Team pertaining to customer concerns and quality issues.
• Collaborate with front end engineering to ensure accurate and timely product release.
• Develops, solicits, and closes new accounts with or without the assistance of outside sales.
• Manages various customer inquiries in respect to engagements with AdvacnedPCB.
• Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work area.
• Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs and solve issues

Requirements

** Essential Qualifications** :

• Understanding of customer and industry requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and telephone communication techniques.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

** Education and Experience:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years’ experience working in an inside sales environment, preferably in the PCB industry.

** Physical Requirements:**

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 10 pounds at times.

** ITAR Requirements:**

To comply to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
