Our growing Family Law Firm in Raleigh is seeking a Client Intake & Sales Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound leads into booked legal consultations by building trust, communicating the value of our services, and guiding prospects toward taking the next step. This is more than just a customer service position—this is a relationship-focused sales role with a purpose. You’ll be helping people during one of the most emotionally vulnerable times of their lives and providing a clear path toward the help they need. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Convert potential clients into booked consultations by managing inbound calls, web inquiries, and referrals. • Actively guide prospects through the intake process, uncover their needs, and clearly communicate how our firm can help. • Create urgency and sell the value of our legal consultations with empathy and confidence. • Follow up with leads who haven’t yet scheduled to ensure no opportunity is left behind. • Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and referral sources in our CRM. • Collaborate closely with our attorneys and intake team to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to client onboarding. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in sales, intake, or customer conversion roles—legal industry experience is a plus, but not required. • A natural ability to connect quickly with people, especially those experiencing stress or uncertainty. • Strong closing skills – you know how to create urgency and guide people to take action. • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written. • Comfortable using CRM software and following structured intake/sales processes. • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. • A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel locally when necessary. • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
