    We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. We’re looking for a warm, people-oriented Virtual Concierge / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to serve as a connector of 2 types of clientele. The first is for individuals and families planning a move to or within North Carolina. This is not a real estate position, and a license is not required. You will work within our database to field inquiries and using consultative sales approach. You’ll welcome newcomers through the relocation process by connecting them with the right professionals and resources, as well as scheduling and making follow-up phone calls until they are ready to move. Additionally, you will work in business to business sales fielding inquiries about advertising with us as well as making outbound inquiries. When a lead requests our Moving Guide or more information about advertising, you’ll respond promptly, build rapport, and follow up with thoughtful questions to uncover their unique needs. Using our curated directory of trusted real estate agents, vendors, and service providers across North Carolina, you’ll make warm, confident introductions that help leads move forward with ease if they are planning a move and schedule follow up. If they are looking to advertise, you will provide information and schedule follow up. Responsibilities: • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • English must be your primary language • No real estate license needed—this is a relationship and referral-based role • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Experience with HubSpot, High Level or similar CRM/email tools is helpful • Basic knowledge of North Carolina’s cities, regions, and lifestyle amenities • Ability to work independently, manage multiple conversations, and follow up with care Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
