My Computer Works provides nationwide technical support services to thousands of consumers and micro-business throughout North America! We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales to join our rapidly growing company. The position will focus on inbound sales leads (65%) for new client sales and outbound leads (35%).
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling prospect customer inquiries in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Close both inbound and outbound sales opportunities generated through marketing efforts
- Quickly understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly goals / objective
- Manage lead follow up process: Nuture and Document
Skills
- Inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Customer service experience
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Resolution mind-set
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiar with utilizing CRM systems
