Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Representative role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, customer service, and account management on a daily basis. This includes working with customers at our front counter, as well as via e-mail and phone.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Account Management skills

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Lead Generation experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with a team and independently

Experience in the Fastener industry as well as in Industrial supply sales (2 year minimum)

Willing and able to learn and adopt company procedures and protocols

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: • Working knowledge of industrial supplies, safety products, welding products, abrasives, or fasteners • 1-2 years minimum experience in Sales. • Must be positive & growth oriented • Communication skills verbal & written • Team Player • Knowledge of Windows Based computers • Reliable Transportation
