Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded. • Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate information on prospective and past clients for effective follow-up and relationship building. • Qualify incoming leads promptly to arrange appointments and provide an exceptional customer service experience. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geographies, expanding the client base and driving sales growth. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and effective communication throughout the sales process. Qualifications: • This is a remote position, and a reliable and fast internet connection is essential to perform this role. • Solid understanding of the sales process and proficiency in using CRM software. • Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships. • Sales training experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development.
