Do you love talking to people and turning leads into booked appointments? We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow two of Delaware’s most trusted home service brands — One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

You’ll be the voice of our company — turning calls, online leads, and warm prospects into happy customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer inbound calls quickly with energy and professionalism

Convert leads from phone calls, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns into booked appointments

Make outbound follow-up calls to unsold estimates, memberships, and seasonal promotions

Respond to internet leads and chat inquiries in real time

Offer club memberships, promotions, and financing options over the phone

Hit daily and monthly booking and revenue goals

Enter and track all calls in ServiceTitan

Work closely with our dispatch and marketing teams to keep the schedule full

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communicator with a friendly, confident phone presence

Goal-oriented and comfortable talking about products and services

Call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Reliable, fast learner, and loves to win as part of a team

Comfortable working with scripts, CRMs, and booking software
