Base : $4,000/month (performance standard: 7+ show-ups/week to qualify) Commission : $2,000 per license sale from your outbound appointments This has the potential to be the dream job you are looking for. Responsibilities: • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to warm/cold real estate brokers/agents • Have 15+ live conversations per day with decision-makers • Book 3+ qualified licensing appointments/day (15+ per week) • Manage the sales pipeline through our CRM (HubSpot) • Qualify prospects based on volume, mindset, and timeline • Provide research on competitor brokerages to support our Sales Director • Follow up with no-shows and nurture long-term opportunities • Attend daily sales huddles and role-play sessions to sharpen skills Qualifications: • 2+ years in B2B sales, outbound inside sales, SaaS, or franchise sales • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding outbound sales metrics • Coachable, accountable, and self-motivated • Energized by activity-based outcomes (calls, conversations, appointments) • Professional, persuasive communicator with strong phone presence Compensation: $150,000 - $192,000 OTE
