  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in our 'Chicago Showroom. Compensation for this Inside Sales position is a competitive mix of base salary plus a monthly commission.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules.
    • Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience
    • Create detailed and accurate sales quote detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up.
    • Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions.
    • Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom
    • Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
    • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint
    • Microsoft Outlook – Inbox Management
    • Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system
    • Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Physical Requirements- must be able to lift and move up to 10#
    • Sitting, standing and walking throughout the day

    $65,000-$75,000 per year
