The Polar Block Properties team is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join their team as an Inside Sales Agent to convert a massive amount of high quality leads into appointments for the acquisitions team.. The Inside Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team. As an ISA, your day will be filled with phone calls, follow-ups, and CRM management. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our potential sellers and buyers, making first impressions, building trust, and uncovering motivation. You’ll use our proven sales process, track your metrics, and be supported by a growth-minded team. The ideal candidate is persistent, emotionally intelligent, and never afraid to pick up the phone. Compensation: • $75,000 - $90,000 Expected First Year Earnings • Base + Commission/ Bonus • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays • Training and Coaching Opportunities • Growth Potential Responsibilities: • Respond to all new inbound leads within 2 minutes and answer inbound calls within 4 rings • Make 100+ contact attempts daily, including phone calls, texts, and emails, across multiple channels • Conduct at least 20 two-way conversations per day to qualify leads and uncover seller motivation • Set a minimum of 15 qualified appointments weekly for the acquisitions team, ensuring smooth handoffs • Follow up diligently with all leads to maximize conversion potential • Accurately document all lead activity in the CRM (Salesforce), including notes, status updates, and appointment scheduling • Practice and execute our proven 5-step sales process with consistency and professionalism • Prepare and manage daily call lists and tasks before each shift ends; send end-of-day recaps to the team • Participate in daily team huddles, roleplays, and sales training to continuously sharpen sales skills • Proactively nurture long-term prospects, identifying new seller opportunities from cold lists and previous conversations • Engage in daily call reviews, objection handling practice, and self-directed learning for ongoing improvement • Maintain a service-first tone and represent Polar Block Properties' brand and values in every interaction • Manage the cultivation of sales inquiries and nurture leads to conversion using consistent communication Qualifications: • Competitive and winning attitude - Must want to be #1 • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system • Tech savvy • Passion to hunt • Determined and not easily intimidated • Willingness to work hard, growth mindset • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone talking to potential customers • Extraordinary people skills and a relationship builder • Problem-solving skills and results-oriented • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to learn and internalize the sales process • Organizational and time management skills • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Learning-based, proactive, and positive attitude • Coachable team player Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Expected First Year Earnings
