Client Solutions Specialist | Business Development & Sales Location: St. Charles and Creve Coeur, Missouri Full-Time | On-Site | Local Networking Client Solutions Specialists at Polaris Law Group lead scheduled consultations with individuals and families who are already actively considering estate planning and elder law services. You are meeting with qualified prospective clients in high-trust conversations where they are looking for support, guidance, and a professional recommendation. This is a consult-driven role where you are expected to lead the conversation, build trust quickly, and guide clients to a confident decision when the solution is clear. Strong performers in this role are comfortable asking for the business in a professional, respectful manner — not relying on drawn-out sales cycles or passive follow-up. You will not be cold-calling or chasing uninterested leads. Instead, you will own structured consultations, provide thoughtful recommendations, and help clients move forward on important planning decisions with confidence. Compensation Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 plus performance bonuses. Most successful team members earn $100,000 – $125,000 in year one. Top performers can exceed $150,000+. Responsibilities: • Conduct consultations with prospective clients and confidently guide them to a decision • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects who have not yet committed • Track pipeline, conversions, and referrals using CRM tools • Collaborate with intake and legal teams to ensure an excellent client experience This role is about owning the consultation and guiding decisions — not presenting options and waiting indefinitely. This role includes networking and professional relationship development in addition to consultations. You will be expected to: • Build relationships with referral partners and local professionals • Represent the firm in a credible and professional manner • Strengthen and supplement lead flow over time • Maintain long-term professional connections in the community This is not a pure hunter role, but it is also not a passive, desk-only position. What a Strong Week Looks Like • Multiple consultations where you guide families to confident decisions • Consistent and organized follow-up activity • In-person meetings or events with referral partners • Clear ownership of your pipeline and performance metrics Qualifications: What We’re Looking For You are someone who: • Has proven success in sales, where you were responsible for closing • Empathetic, but not passive • Professional and naturally credible • Is comfortable asking for the business • Naturally builds relationships and maintains them over time • Is highly organized with follow-up and pipeline management • Is coachable, resilient, and thrives with accountability • Can move comfortably between emotional conversations and business conversations Strong performers in this role do not default to “long sales cycles.” They are comfortable guiding clients to a decision during a well-run consultation when the fit is clear. Backgrounds that tend to do well here: • Financial services • Insurance • In-home or consultative sales • Business development roles with closing responsibility • High-trust client-facing positions • Legal experience is not required. Sales discipline is. What This Role Is Not • Not customer service • Not order-taking • Not a “soft” relationship role without performance expectations • Not remote Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 plus performance bonuses
