    Position Highlights

    Compensation: $36,000–$40,000 base salary + commission (strong earning potential) Benefits: Company vehicle, Health/Dental/Vision/Disability/Life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO

    Job Summary

    We’re looking for driven and competitive Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to join the Renu team. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    As an ISR, you’ll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and growth across our key markets. You’ll generate new business and nurture existing customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual communication—setting up our Area Sales Managers for success.

    Responsibilities

    Contact warm leads and local homeowners who may benefit from solar solutions

    Respond promptly to inbound leads and assess customer solar needs

    Review electrical usage and utility bills to recommend appropriate system solutions

    Quality leads based on interest level, decision-making ability, and financial

    readiness

    Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

    Accurately log lead activity, notes, and status updates in the CRM

    Own the lead process from initial contact through final disposition

    Support ASMs with proposal development and follow-up as directed

    Identify and recommend ways to improve appointment-setting performance

    Qualifications

    Enjoy engaging with people and educating them on innovative energy solutions

    Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

    Comfortable working in an office setting and communicating by phone

    Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable

    Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred

    Passion for solar energy and renewable solutions

    High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred

    Solar experience is a plus—but not required
