We have an immediate opportunity available in our Lakeland, Florida headquarters. This is a permanent full-time salaried position.

We are an Industrial Distribution company specializing in Conveyor Belt and Hose products. This is a hands-on in-office position. The best candidate must have the acumen to multi task and a high level of attention to detail is a must. We are a teamwork environment that is customer service driven.

Job Description:

· Service existing and new accounts obtaining orders via phone, email or fax

· Recommend products and submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature

· Enter sales orders, quote price and delivery

· Monitor open sales orders, following up as necessary

· Follow up on quotes as needed to secure customer’s orders

· Purchasing products as needed

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

· Customer service, order processing and/or inside sales experience a must

· Conveyor Belt, Hose and/or Gasket experience preferred

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral

· Proficient computer skills for order maintenance, quoting, entering purchase orders and data entry

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

· Ability to identify the needs of customer and to utilize all resources available to fulfill the need in a timely manner

· Solid work history

· Drug free workplace

· Salary commensurate with experience
