We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online channels to generate sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Qualify inbound leads and turn them into sales opportunities.
Present and promote products/services to customers based on their needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role (preferably B2B).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
