    ** Job Overview**

    Search Solution Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of our client, custom cabinet builders, commercial fixture companies, and millwork manufacturers offering the highest quality materials, brands, and product ranges to cabinet shops, furniture makers, store fixture producers, millwork operations, and casework manufacturers. This role is essential to supporting the North Charleston, SC branch by maintaining and growing a strong customer base, providing outstanding service, and collaborating closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior customer experience.

    ** Key Responsibilities**

    • Manage and assist with an established range of approximately 1,000 active customer accounts, including millwork fabricators, industrial woodworking companies, and high-end cabinetmakers.
    • Focus primarily on farming existing business (95%) with minimal new business development.
    • Staff the sales counter and serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
    • Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, and text inquiries while supporting Outside Sales Representatives.
    • Collaborate with branch team members to provide product knowledge, service solutions, and order fulfillment support.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the company's reputation for reliability and high-quality support.

    ** Requirements**

    ** Education:**

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Additional education or coursework in business, sales, or related fields is a plus.

    ** Experience:**

    • 2–4 years of inside sales experience preferred.
    • Experience working with woodworking or building materials is a plus but not required.

    ** Skills:**

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
    • Proven relationship management and customer service abilities.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with branch and outside sales teams.

    ** Certifications:**

    • No certifications required.
    • Sales or customer service-related certifications are beneficial but optional.

    ** Knowledge:**

    • Industry knowledge in woodworking or building materials (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and customer support best practices.
