    Job Description

    We are seeking an energetic and motivated entry level inside sales rep that will be responsible for generating new leads and setting prospect appointments for the Account Executive team. This person will also assist in current account management activity working along side the Account Executive team.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Prospect new sales via sales calls, e-mail campaigns and online networking
    • Schedule sales presentation meetings for Account Executive team with new prospects
    • Help refine and maintain sales cadence for prospecting process
    • Assist with account management by supporting Account Executive team as secondary contact
    • Maintain an organized and up to date CRM with customer contacts and outreach activity
    • Track and update sales pipeline for full account executive team
    • Develop working knowledge of Serviot product offering and value proposition

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a team sales setting
    • Ability to use a company provided computer
    • Proficiency with e-mail and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrated organization and project management skills
    • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a clear driving record

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior inside sales experience with lead generation and appointment setting
    • Ability to self-start and self-manage multiple and ongoing projects
