We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our roofing and guttering operations. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, entering customer orders, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will confidently follow up on quotes, close sales, and maintain accurate records of all sales activity.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, processing purchase orders, conducting outbound calls and emails to prospects, and maintaining communication with existing clients. During the training period, you will work hands-on in the warehouse to gain product knowledge and understand the manufacturing process.

Shift- 730am-430pm Mon-Fri

Pay-18-22hr

Temp to Hire- 90 Days

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in roofing or guttering industry

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Sales-driven with ability to close deals

• Basic computer skills and documentation accuracy

• Bilingual preferred
