Role Overview
Housebuildr is hiring a high-performance Inside Sales Representative / Closer to convert qualified appointments into signed deals. This role is built for competitive sales professionals who thrive on structure, accountability, and uncapped income.
You will be speaking with pre-qualified homeowners, running a proven sales process, and closing deals using Housebuildr systems, scripts, and support.
What You’ll Do
Run scheduled sales appointments with qualified homeowners (no cold calling)
Follow Housebuildr’s step-by-step sales process and presentation
Diagnose homeowner needs and present the correct solution
Overcome objections using approved scripts and frameworks
Close deals and submit clean, complete contracts
Update CRM notes and deal status accurately and on time
Coordinate handoff to operations after close
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (inside sales, solar, home services, or high-ticket preferred)
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Coachable, disciplined, and process-driven
Comfortable with performance metrics and accountability
Reliable schedule and professional work environment
